Reduction and Measuring Stations

To provide our Clients with complete plants, we offer in our scope of delivery Fuel Gas Stations supplying fuel gas to gas consuming equipment such as heaters, reboilers, engines etc.

Station as an object contains equipment and installations associated, such as buildings, fences, roads, electrical installation, lightning protection, cabling installations and more.

Gas stations are installed in systems, industry and distribution.

Division the station due to the degree of reduction of gas pressure:

• Reduction stations I° – high pressure stations powering medium pressure gas networks,
• Reduction stations II° – medium pressure stations powering low pressure gas networks.

Gas stations can be divided into several groups according to their functions:

• Reduction stations – gas station designed to reduce gas pressure with installed security against an increase and a decrease in pressure,
• Beasuring stations – gas stations intended for measurements of the stream of the volume, mass or the energy of gas,
• Reduction-measuring stations – gas stations performing the role of reducing and measuring stations,
• Gas reduction station on the connection – gas station, where the input is a connection of appropriate parameters. In the event of supply pressure connection in the range of 0.01 MPa to 0.5 MPa and the gas volume flow Qmax ≤ 60m3 / h – the installation is called “reduction point” or “reduction – measuring point” if measuring device is installed.

Reduction – measuring station – it is set of devices realizing at least one of functions:

• Measurement of the volume of the gas stream,
• Reduction and regulation of gas pressure,
• THT gas odorization,
• Treatment (purification) of gas – gas filtration,
• Gas parameter measurements,
• Gas distribution,
